After a period of quick transition a new reconstruction financing package package will have to be provided to kickstart the recovery of the Venezuelan economy (see funding sources page). In this phase a new multi-sectorial expert team leaders will have to be put in place mainly sourced from highly qualified Venezuelan professionals living inside and/or outside the country.
